Returns and Exchange policy

At Kumari, we are pleased to offer refunds and exchanges* on eligible items within the timeframes outlined below.

• Full-price items: Return within 30 days for refund OR exchange* 
• Sale items: Return within 14 days for exchange only.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind - Full price items

Full-price items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for:

• Refund
• Exchange*

Return shipping cost to be borne by the customer unless otherwise product is faulty. 

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (Order ID)
• Unwashed and unused
• In original packaging with all tags attached

Kumari reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.

Temporary promotions

• Full-price items purchased during a temporary promotion remain classified as full-price items and are eligible for refund in line with our standard return policy.
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively outside of the promotional period.

Sale items

• Sale items are not eligible for refund unless deemed faulty and required under Australian Consumer Law. 
• Sale items are not eligible for free returns unless deemed faulty. We recommend using registered post when returning sale items.

Final Sale items

• Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.
• By purchasing a Final Sale item, you acknowledge that the item cannot be returned for change of mind.
